Our log cabin on the Allegheny Front is more than a rental, it is a vacation experience. . Your experience here is as unique as you and your interests are. Your hosts are dedicated to making your stay pleasant and are always available if a need or want arises.
You can stay on the 50 acre property for a staycation . As you approach the cabin you will see the view that goes on for hundreds of miles. You are right on the front of the Allegheny Mountains where bald eagles and golden eagles fly at eye level along with many birds of prey. There are developed nature trails bordered by wild flowers, a picnic area and a fire pit with outdoor seating. The cabin interior displays a nature photography gallery by professional award winning photographers Mike and Laura Jackson.
It is truly a one of a kind place where most of our guests stay for their entire staycation. Hunting permitted on premises. Fishing is just minutes away. A rare upland bog, native trout, Lewis Spring, Gravity Hill and Central City Museum are only minutes away. Also you can take day trips with several stops such as Flight 93 Memorial and be back for an evening picnic and bonfire.
