Rules and Regulations

Guests are not permitted to smoke of any kind ex. cigarettes, cigars, or vape inside the cabin. You may smoke outdoors. Butts/garbage must be disposed of properly. Please do NOT place butts in the garbage cans inside the cabin.

Pets are prohibited inside the cabin at all times.  

Guests are permitted alcohol but please drink responsibly. Illegal substances of any kind are not allowed and failure to obey the rules will result in an immediate trespass from the property.

Guests are permitted to burn in the fire pit pending any type of county or statewide burning ban. You will be advised upon your arrival if you are permitted to burn.  The property is surrounded by woods and wildlife and we MUST do our part to keep it protected.

Garbage will be bagged up, tied shut and placed in outside stairwell in a respectful manner.  Garbage thrown, broke open or untied will be held against you.

Will be set at 68 degrees upon check out. Doors and window should remain closed while either unit is running. Fans and lights must be shut off when the renter is not present on the property as well as your departure from the rental.

Our kitchen comes stocked with a dishwasher for your convenience. We ask that any dishes/cups/pots and pans used be placed in the dishwasher and started before you vacate the property.  

We ask that you sweep/use the vacuum and broom provided in the bathroom closet, wipe the counters and table and leave the cabin in the manner in which it was found. No messes from muddy boots/shoes should be left and is unacceptable. Please be respectful! 

We know more than anyone that accidents can and do happen. In the event that you break any part of the owners property we ask that you notify us immediately. Failure to do so and it is discovered upon post inspection of your stay. YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE. The cabin is inspected very closely between guests, and we are aware of current issues upon your stay.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 11am. All departure instructions should be completed, or this may result in your security deposit not being returned.

You are required to read and complete your rental agreement. Failure to provide your copy to the property owner will result in your booking being cancelled. You must notify the property owner of your arrival and departure using the phone number provided. You cannot access the cabin otherwise.
